ROLE/PLAY
Using both traditional and unconventional materials, the exhibiting artists question and interpret the functions and perceived notions of the artist, the viewer, concepts or materials. Whether it is the role of the artist or the materials at play, this exhibition illuminates contemporary ideas surrounding art and its discourse. We feature work throughout our new gallery spaces in the Historic Federal Building, in our new outdoor sculpture garden, and in select spaces in the Kendall Building.
